To access the terminal, you must register an account with valid information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and credentials.

Concurrent Session Rules: To maintain system performance and prevent account sharing/abuse, subscription plans carry concurrent device limits. Attempting to bypass these limits using automation, proxy networks, or programmatic scraping will result in immediate account termination.

We offer premium tiers (such as Trader Pro) that provide enhanced simulated balances, options terminal feeds, and AI-powered analytical dashboards.

• Pricing: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as displayed in the billing portal.
• Transaction Gateway: Payment parameters are secured through licensed third-party gateways (e.g. Paytm/Razorpay).
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Active privileges will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle. Refer to the Refund Policy for further details.

You agree not to utilize the platform to:

• Reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape simulated market feeds or options chains.
• Exploit system calculation anomalies, lag factors, or random-walk formulas to game leaderboard stats.
• Distribute malicious files, scripts, or trigger Denial of Service (DoS) events.

Unless otherwise stated, AMC TradeIQ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, algorithms, UI designs, code elements, and simulation assets on AMC TradeIQ. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from AMC TradeIQ.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. We do not warrant that the simulated price feeds are 100% synchronized with the live NSE exchange tick-by-tick data, nor do we guarantee zero downtime.

AMC TradeIQ and its parent entity, AMC Ventures Group, will not be liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) incurred as a result of using the simulation, server connectivity issues, or reliance on AI journal reviews.
